The Next Infused Honey Is…

We would like to thank all our customers and readers for their participation in our Infused Honey Poll. Learning what you like and want is very important to us. So, the next infused honey is – a fruit infused honey, closely followed by a spice infused honey, in 2018. Yes, you loved them both!!!

What’s Next?

Now that the votes are in, here is our next step. We plan on developing the fruit infused honey first. So, we will take your suggestions into the R&D Lab and see what works best. We will be looking at flavor, water content, availability of ingredients, shelf life, and other factors. We also will create new labels and two recipes for the recipe card that comes with the fruit infused honey. We believe, if there are no huge challenges, we will release the honey for the spring/summer season.

Then, we will duplicate the process by developing a spice infused honey for fall/winter release. There was an overwhelming preference for cinnamon honey, so we will take that idea into the R&D lab and see what works. When we can come up with a delicious and stable version, then we will get the product ready for release and email you a release date.
