Detox Support:
How to Make
Liposomal Vitamin C
There are many natural ways to support our bodies releasing toxins from white sugar. Since I’m a huge believer in having more ease and comfort when I’m making a change, and I believe you might feel the same way, too, I will be sharing the tools and techniques I’ll be using during the detox.
Today, I made my first batch of Liposomal Vitamin C, because I have found whole food vitamins that can be easily absorbed work best. I’m using Rose Hips because rose hips contain the whole Vitamin C complex. I’m adding lecithin as a coating for the Vitamin C. This helps the Vitamin C absorb more thoroughly and easily.

Once your Liposomal Vitamin C is stored in the refrigerator in a glass jar, it is best to use 2 TBSP of Liposomal Vitamin C on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I have also heard that you can use more throughout the day, if you are symptomatic. As well, I know people who put the Liposomal Vitamin C in their smoothies. All great ideas!!!
Would love to hear from you after you have tried your Liposomal Vitamin C. Please leave a comment below.
