Reminder – A Spoonful of Honey a Day
May Keep Spring Allergies Away
About this time last year we posted an extensive article on how we eat a spoonful of wildflower honey a day to prevent spring allergies. We Googled “honey” and “spring allergies,” and didn’t find any new studies since Dr. Mercola’s article was published. So, we will continue with the suggestion that you try 1 teaspoon of our Wild Flower Honey daily. We would love to hear your results. So, please leave a comment.
Even though no new research bubbled up, I was on a teleconference with Dr. Carolyn Dean on Saturday night, and she mentioned the correlation between eating white sugar, overpopulation of yeasts in the body, and various health problems such as allergies, chronic fatigue, and other immune deficiencies. So, there is even more reason to switch from white sugar to raw honey as a way to prevent allergies and increase health.
