From My Heart to Yours –
Happy Valentine’s Day
Sometimes you just can’t improve on perfection, so as a Valentine’s Day lagniappe I decided to share some of the brilliant blogs that I’ve found. They are so on point for this holiday!
Judi Knight from newtricks.me Talks about Online Dating
The first post comes from Judi Knight of newtricks.me. Who knew that Judi met her husband online? (By the way, they are a delightful couple!) Who knew that most of the staff of Bee Wild met online? Judi’s blog gives some really great tips on online dating:
SARK – Transforming Fear to Love
My second sharing comes from one of my mentors, the visionary artist SARK: http://planetsark.com/transformative-practices/the-look-of-love/ SARK powerfully describes the process she uses to transform her fears into love.
Panache Desai – The Power of Self-Love
Even though he wrote this before Valentine’s Day, I’m including a post from Panache Desai’s blog: http://www.panachedesai.com/comments/the-1-reason-you-should-take-care-of-yourself After working with Panache for over a year now, I can truthfully say that I’m finally beginning to understand that my primary relationship is with me and my body. If this relationship doesn’t work, no other relationship will fill that void.
From intent.com – The World Is Your Valentine
Another thoughtful post on one of my favorite sites, Malika Chopra’s intent.com: http://intentblog.com/the-world-is-your-valentine/.
Dr. Christiane Northrup on One Billion Rising
Let me draw your attention to a post made by Dr. Christiane Northrup. She is participating in tomorrow’s One Billion Rising. As a woman, I have such an awareness and compassion for my sisters worldwide who do not have human rights or are subject to abuse and trauma. It is my strong belief that until each and every human being on Planet Earth is loved and accepted as is, we will never experience true peace.
Happy Valentine’s Day from QueenBee
To end this post, I would like to continue the concept of accepting everything as is. We are taught to make “value judgments” and that criticizing everyone and everything perfects it. How’s that working in the world? Do you see people become happier or more peaceful when they are judged and criticized? Guess judgments and criticism aren’t that effective as tools for positive change.
So, let me leave you with my thoughts. What if everything is perfect now? What if the perfect circumstances were designed to help you become the person you have always longed to be? What if you stopped criticizing loved ones? Would you be willing to give unconditional acceptance and allowing a try? What if you valued every living creature, every circumstance, and everything as the unique and loved creation of God? How would that change your world?
Wishing you a Happy Valentine’s Day,
QueenBee
