Our family’s dog “Honey” is coming your way to wish all our customers and readers a Happy Thanksgiving! We are grateful for you and connecting with you counts as one of the great blessings of 2019! Thanks for including us in your life and letting us share the gifts of North Georgia Raw Honey with you!
2019 in Review: Grateful for It All!
Every Thanksgiving, we sit around the dinner table, and before even one bite of delicious food, we each share at least one thing we are grateful for. This is one of our holiday rituals that makes this an even more Happy Thanksgiving!
Additionally, we do a yearly inventory, reviewing our experiences, both personal and professional. This year we are once again lifting the veil so that you can share our gratitude for the highlights of 2019! :
- John Wright continues to successfully run a bi-coastal business. He still travels between Southern California and Northern Georgia and is diving even deeper into the work of the Bee Farm. When he leaves the farm, he returns to California to enjoy the mountains and ocean with his fiance. Who says you can’t have it all?
- Our customers thrived when we decided to focus on the farmers markets and events where our customers are responding in a vital, vibrant way. They enjoy the personal attention and having more fun with our team members.
- Because so many people ask us about beekeeping, we ran several Urban Beekeeping classes this year. We are evaluating how these classes could serve you better in 2020. So, stay tuned for more announcements!
- We just announced a limited availability crop of 2019 Sourwood Honey. If you would like to read more about this year’s flavor profile and get a 10% discount on Sourwood Honey products through midnight on Thanksgiving evening, CLICK HERE.
Notes from QueenBee
As we bring 2019 toward a close, you might notice that we are talking quite a bit about daily/nightly/monthly/yearly rituals. Most people start with a morning and nightly ritual. Here’s what Nomah Nazish says about why morning rituals are important:
It’s important to establish a healthy morning ritual as it sets the tone for the entire day. It also helps re-energize, builds focus and eliminates stress caused by the chaotic morning rush.
The easiest way to start building a morning ritual is to stretch in bed when you wake up, have a glass of warm water, and write down in a small notebook 5 things you are grateful for. Stay tuned for a more comprehensive article on daily rituals next month. See you then!
