Our 2019 Sourwood Honey crop was a small crop due to the stress on the bees from colony collapse disorder, mainly caused by mites. But, it is an especially delicious batch!

This year’s flavor profile is similar to 2016’s which is:

• a savory caramel finish

The color is especially light and translucent, extra light gold/beige.
