You Gotta Move to Get Lymph Moving
One way you can smooth your 21 Day Sugar Detox is to start moving. It doesn’t matter whether you walk around the block, spend a few minutes bouncing up and down on your heals, use a small floor trampoline, or get a QiGong, Yoga, or dance video and move along. What matters is that you get your lymph moving.
Why Do I Have to Move?
Unlike your circulatory system, where your heart pumps the blood around your body, the lymph system doesn’t have a pump. So, you have to move in order to get lymph circulating. Circulation of lymph is very important, because it gives your body the opportunity to eliminate toxins. Without movement, the lymph doesn’t move, and toxins recirculate. That’s why people report detox symptoms like headache, sore muscles and joints, nausea, and so on.
